Gabriela Marie Ramirez, known simply as Gaby, was born on July 13, 1995. She developed her voice early, making her singing debut at the tender age of seven at her grandfather's 70th birthday party, where she melted his heart, and everyone else's with her rendition of his favorite Mariachi song, "Tu Solo Tu". Coming from a large Mexican American family, it is no surprise that Gaby's career began in Spanish on the Latin market, mainly Mariachi. Joining a local Mariachi band, Gaby began performing at restaurants, fairs and festivals. Her popularity grew and soon she was making television appearances on Univision and Telemundo and opening for such latin acts as Lucero and Graciela Beltran. In 2005, Gaby began performing with Mariachi Divas, a Grammy award winning all female Mariachi band, based in Los Angeles. She was well received and adored by their fans.

She soon became known as "The Mini Diva". Her first cd, "Mi Sueno", was released in 2007. It was a combination of traditional and original Mariachi and Latin Pop. Gaby also had the great honor of performing and touring with Nati Cano's legendary Mariachi band, Los Camperos. They performed throughout Mexico and also filmed a television special entitled, "The Music of Mexico". Gaby was a regular performer at Nati's famous restaurant, La Fonda, in downtown LA. She could be seen there most every Friday night and sometimes on weekdays as well. In between sets, she would sit in the corner booth in the bar and do her homework.

As Gaby got older, she decided to branch out into the English Rock market. And in no time at all, she was captivating audiences in both Spanish and English. Today, she has also added songwriter, actress and children's author to her resume that reads like a veteran. Her impressive, high energy performances have earned her the privilege of opening for many veteran acts in addition to performing at a variety of venues. It is Gaby's distinctive sound, haunting voice, unique style, and ability to perform that sets her apart from other young artists.

Her most recent endeavour takes advantage of her passion for writing children's books. Gaby has penned a Spanglish children's book series entitled, Tilo the Cat. The series includes all true - non fiction accounts that are all based on the encounters of her eccentric, sarcastic feline friend, Tilo.
